I wound up buying what I needed from Pied Piper and applying it myself (to save money), and checked in with them over the course of a few weeks to assure myself I was taking the right approach. "My experience wasn't as a customer but as a new employee. The owner and employees were incredibly nice and helpful. I have never felt so welcomed by a prospective or new employer in my 15 years or so as an adult in society. It was refreshing and made me excited to join their team. I'll be taking my certification tests very soon to be a pest control technician and I'm looking forward to it much more than I thought I would be!!!"
