I called them on Monday, and they were able to schedule me for the next day. I had a large hornet's nest on the eve of my garage. They removed the nest, treated the area and took the nest with them. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone who has a hornet problem. Thank you.

A situation arose where a professional pest control technician was needed. I contacted Pied Piper for assistance and received an immediate response when a technician was available, and how to manage the situation until they arrived—super great service.

I am HUGELY impressed with Pied Piper! Their professional Tech, Jacob, came to my home to deal with an aggressive wasp infestation I had by my front door. Those little buggers were persistent and when they came back and reinfested the area, Jacob returned and dealt with the infestation a 2nd time. I was not charged for the revisit. He was on time, friendly, and very thorough! They definitely get 5 stars!

These folks are super accommodating. Patiently answered all my questions and even gave me some tips on how to try and DIY the problem. Ended up letting them take care of the issue. The technician that showed up on site even suggested that my problem was not as bad as I imagined and charged less than the quoted price, saving me money. Great local business.
