"Holy moly. I wish there were more stars because Megan at Pied Piper deserves more than a 100% satisfaction review. Here's my story of pest-ewwww-woe and Megan-HERoics. In January of 2025, I purchased a condo that I later learned 1.) is vigilently protected by a highly-invested condo association board/management company and 2.) every summer, my unit's windows become covered with thousands of tiny black flies for months. Months! For months, I struggled to get rid of the bugs and advocated (begged) to be allowed to hire a pest control company to handle my infestation. While I appreciate being a good neighbor and respecting the "collective consensus" of any homeowner association, I was slowly starting to lose my mind while I waited for pest control approval. Every day, I woke up to visual sheets of black bugs moving, crawling, and flying on every window facing the water. None of the other neighbors had the same level of infestation, so I get the lack of urgency and also reluctance to allow exterior application of unfamiliar products. Unfortunately, I spent the summer without servicing (and daily episodes of gag-reflexes), but I did get conditional approval for pest control for the following summer. Pied Piper's management team and, especially Megan, worked hard to help me gain association approval. And then(!), this past spring, Megan preemtively followed-up with me and the condo management company to make sure I was scheduled for this summer. For the last two months, Megan has been meticulously on-top of my situation and has worked with the building management company (who represents the condo association and board) to ensure that I don't have to repeat last summer's ewwww-gag-fest. I am so grateful to Megan and to Pied Piper."

In the past, if we skipped treatments, we would end up with an infestation, so their service has made a huge difference for us.Last year, we also had a wasp nest that needed to be removed, and Drazen was the technician who came out. He was very polite, professional, and thorough, and he completely solved the issue for us.
