"Mice were living in our house and brazenly running across the floors right in front of us. We called Pied Piper and Arthur showed up with an upbeat "can do" attitude. Because we had no idea where to look, he showed us mouse holes we were unaware of. He distributed rodenticide around the house and instructed us to wait a few weeks and plug up the mouse holes with steel wool and otherwise make the house mouse-unfriendly. We are now plugging up the holes and haven't seen any mice since Arthur was here. We don't know for a fact that they are all gone, but they certainly aren't showing up where we can see them. Arthur was a pleasure to work with and the cost of the service seemed very reasonable."

"Ryan today gave me the best customer service I have experienced ever in any industry. There had been 4 yellow jackets in our home within 48 hours and the low humming was getting louder so I had already figured out we had a nest. I called two other places prior since they opened earlier the first did not have any time in the near future and the second underhandedly made it seem that I was crazy and there was no nest. By the time Ryan answered I was doubting myself. After explaining my situation Ryan went above and beyond to find a technician that would squeeze me in tomorrow. About four hours later and the front door being slammed accidentally there was a swarm of them outside and my house sounded like the epicenter of the hive with rain falling on Metal. After getting the kids in a safe area I called Ryan back and gave him an update he said he would see who was there & get something going. and call me back, before I could figure out my next move he was calling me to let me know the technician just left their shop en route to me. Ryan called me 3-4 times while I was anxiously waiting and sealing any possible entrance I could find. He reassured me and offered to stay on the phone as long as I needed every time he called. I am happily laying down in my own bed after a long two days when I was that morning that ultimately we would be in a hotel at some point before the situation was resolved. Because of Ryan and his patience this went from being the most helpless & terrifying moment with my two kids to a day we ended with laughter and sleep! We will always be calling Pied Piper and specifically asking for him."
