Today the Pest Management Professionals gathered here discussed heat and gas fumigation techniques for BB control. In addition, we had an excellent discussion about protecting our clients and ourselves by cultivating good communication procedures. There was also great concern here about adequate insurance coverage to protect employees, clients and businesses from accidental loss or harm. The large influx of new providers and varying techniques behooves you to ask your potential inspector (canine or visual) AND service provider about their liability and Workman’s comp coverage.

We also had a very informative discussion about the unique circumstances surrounding office and retail locations and potential Bed Bug issues. Here too, our clients need to exercise caution about new or poorly trained new “experts” in the field of inspection and/or eradication.
